वेन-पृथु-प्रादुर्भावः, राजधर्मः, पृथिवीदोहनम्

समः शत्रौ च मित्रे च व्यवहारस्थितौ नृपः
samaḥ śatrau ca mitre ca vyavahārasthitau nṛpaḥ
এই রাজা শাসন ও ন্যায়ের যথাযথ আচরণে প্রতিষ্ঠিত থেকে শত্রু ও মিত্র—উভয়ের প্রতিই সমভাব রাখেন; না বিদ্বেষে, না আসক্তিতে তাঁর শাসন বেঁকে যায়।
