Tara’s Counsel to Vali on Sugriva’s Roar and Rama’s Alliance
सहसा तव निष्क्रामो मम तावन्न रोचते।श्रूयतां चाभिधास्यामि यन्निमित्तं निवार्यसे।।
sahasā tava niṣkrāmo mama tāvan na rocate | śrūyatāṃ cābhidhāsyāmi yan-nimittaṃ nivāryase ||
এভাবে হঠাৎ তোমার বেরিয়ে পড়া এখন আমার ভালো লাগে না। শোনো—যে কারণে আমি তোমাকে নিবৃত্ত করছি, তা আমি বলছি॥
'I do not like your rashness. I will explain the reason I am preventing you. Listen:
Dharma values satya and reasoned counsel: restraint should be accompanied by truthful explanation, not mere obstruction.
