दात्यूहरतिविक्रन्दैः पुंस्कोकिलरुतैरपि।स्वनन्ति पादपाश्चेमे ममानङ्गप्रदीपनाः।।।।

dātyūha-rati-vikrandaiḥ puṁs-kokila-rutair api |

svananti pādapāś ceme mamānaṅga-pradīpanāḥ ||

Translation

দাত্যূহের প্রেম-ক্রন্দন ও পুরুষ কোকিলের কূজনেও এই বৃক্ষগুলি ধ্বনিত হচ্ছে; এ শব্দগুলি আমার অন্তরে অনঙ্গকে (কামদেবকে) প্রজ্বালিত করে।
