अयोध्यायां शोक-रात्रिः तथा अराजक-राष्ट्रस्य नीतिविचारः

नाराजके जनपदे हृष्टैः परमवाजिभिः।नरास्संयान्ति सहसा रथैश्च परिमण्डिताः।।।।

রাজাহীন জনপদে উৎকৃষ্ট অশ্বযুক্ত, সুসজ্জিত রথে আরোহী আনন্দিত পুরুষেরাও হঠাৎ করে বেরোয় না; জনবিশ্বাস ও উৎসবের উদ্দীপনা ম্লান হয়ে যায়॥
