युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya
पुण्डरीकमवाप्नोति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत् । उष्यैकां रजनीं तत्र गोसहस्रफलं लभेत्
puṇḍarīkam avāpnoti kulaṃ caiva samuddharet | uṣy ekāṃ rajanīṃ tatra go-sahasra-phalaṃ labhet ||
এভাবে করলে সে পুণ্ডরীক যজ্ঞের ফল লাভ করে এবং নিজের কুলকেও উদ্ধার করে। আর সেখানে এক রাত্রি বাস করলে সহস্র গোদানসম ফল প্রাপ্ত হয়।
