य एतत्‌ प्राप्य मुच्येत न त॑ पश्यामि पूरुषम्‌ । लोहेके विशाल परिघोंकी भाँति मेरी इन मोटी भुजाओंका मध्यभाग कैसा है

ya etat prāpya mucyeta na taṁ paśyāmi pūruṣam |

আমার এই স্থূল বাহুদ্বয়ের বন্ধনে প্রবেশ করে যে আবার মুক্ত হয়ে বেঁচে বেরিয়ে আসবে—এমন কোনো পুরুষকে আমি দেখি না। লোহার বিশাল পরিঘের মতো আমার বাহুর মধ্যভাগের বল দেখে নিন; যে এতে ধরা পড়বে, সে জীবিত রক্ষা পাবে না।
