आयत्यां प्रतिकारज्ञस्तदात्वे दृढनिश्चय: । अतीते कार्यशेषज्ञो नरो्र्थनन प्रहीयते

āyatyāṁ pratikārajñas tadātve dṛḍhaniścayaḥ | atīte kāryaśeṣajño naro 'rthena na prahīyate ||

যে ভবিষ্যতের দুঃখ নিবারণের উপায় জানে, বর্তমান কর্তব্য পালনে দৃঢ়সংকল্পী, এবং অতীতে যে কাজ অসমাপ্ত আছে তাও অবগত—সে ব্যক্তি কখনও অর্থ-সমৃদ্ধি থেকে বঞ্চিত হয় না।
