अथास्रमस्रवद् घोरं गिरेगैरिकधातुवत् । रामेण सुमहाबाहो क्षतस्य छतजेक्षण
athāsramasravad ghoraṁ gire gairikadhātuvat | rāmeṇa sumahābāho kṣatasya chatajīkṣaṇa ||
তখন, ছত্রের লালিমায় রক্তাভ নয়নবিশিষ্ট মহাবাহু দুর্যোধন! রাম (পরশুরাম)-এর গভীর আঘাতে ক্ষত থেকে ভয়ংকর রক্তধারা ফেটে বেরোল—যেন পর্বত থেকে গৈরিক-রঞ্জিত জলের ঝরনা ঝরে পড়ছে।
