Amba–Rama–Bhishma Dialogue on Vow and Refuge
शरणागतां महाबाहो कन्यां न त्यक्तुमरहसि । यदि भीष्मो रणे राम समाहूतस्त्वया मृधे
śaraṇāgatāṃ mahābāho kanyāṃ na tyaktum arhasi | yadi bhīṣmo raṇe rāma samāhūtas tvayā mṛdhe |
হে মহাবাহো! আশ্রয়প্রার্থী এই কন্যাকে ত্যাগ করা তোমার উচিত নয়। হে রাম, ভৃগুবংশের আনন্দ! যদি যুদ্ধে তোমার আহ্বানে ভীষ্ম রণক্ষেত্রে উপস্থিত হয়,
