न भयान्नाप्यनुक्रोशान्नार्थलो भान्न काम्यया । क्षात्रं धर्ममहं जह्यामिति मे व्रतमाहितम्
na bhayān nāpy anukrośān nārthalobhān na kāmyayā | kṣātraṃ dharmam ahaṃ jahyām iti me vratam āhitam ||
“ভয়েও নয়, করুণাতেও নয়, ধনলোভেও নয়, কিংবা কোনো কামনাতেও নয়—আমি ক্ষাত্রধর্ম ত্যাগ করব না; এটাই আমার দৃঢ় ব্রত।”
