एष विक्रान्तयोधी च चित्रयोधी च सड़रे । वीतभीश्वापि ते राजन् शत्रुभि: सह योत्स्यते
eṣa vikrāntayodhī ca citrayodhī ca saṅgare | vītabhīś cāpi te rājan śatrubhiḥ saha yotsyate ||
ভীষ্ম বললেন—এ যুদ্ধে বিক্রান্ত যোদ্ধা, আবার বিচিত্র কৌশলে যুদ্ধ করতেও পারদর্শী। হে রাজন, সে নির্ভয়ে তোমার শত্রুদের সঙ্গে যুদ্ধ করবে।
