मित्राणि ते प्रह्ृष्यन्तु व्यथन्तु रिपवस्तथा । सौक्षात्रं चैव तेउ्द्यास्तु भ्रातृभि: सह पाण्डवै:
mitrāṇi te prahṛṣyantu vyathantu ripavas tathā | saukṣātraṃ caiva te 'dyāstu bhrātṛbhiḥ saha pāṇḍavaiḥ ||
তোমার মিত্রেরা আনন্দিত হোক, আর শত্রুরা তেমনি ব্যথিত হোক। আর হে কর্ণ! আজ থেকেই পাণ্ডব ভ্রাতাদের সঙ্গে তোমার সত্য বংশবন্ধন ও সদ্ভাব স্থাপিত হোক।
