विपरीता व्वियं वृत्तिरसकृल्लक्ष्यते त्वयि
vaiśampāyana uvāca | viparītā hy iyaṃ vṛttir asakṛl lakṣyate tvayi |
তোমার মধ্যে এই বিপরীত প্রবৃত্তি বারবারই দেখা যায়। হে ভারত! এই মুহূর্তে তোমার যে দুরাগ্রহ, তা অধর্মময়; তার কোনো যথোচিত কারণও নেই। এই ভয়ংকর জেদ অনর্থ ডেকে আনে এবং বহু প্রাণনাশ ঘটায়; তুমি একে সফল করতে পারবে না।
