समीपमेत्य च यदा सर्व एव महौजस: । त॑ तेजसा प्रज्वलितं प्रतपन्तं दिशो दश

samīpam etya ca yadā sarva eva mahaujasaḥ | taṁ tejasā prajvalitaṁ pratapantaṁ diśo daśa ||

শল্য বললেন—যখন সেই সকল মহাবলীরা নিকটে পৌঁছালেন, তখন তাঁরা দেখলেন—বৃত্রাসুর নিজের তেজে প্রজ্বলিত হয়ে দশ দিক দগ্ধ করছে।
