संहितापुस्तकान् राजन् प्रयतः सुसमाहित:ः । भक्ष्यैमल्यैश्न पेयैश्व कामैश्न विविधै: शुभ:
saṁhitāpustakān rājan prayataḥ susamāhitaḥ | bhakṣyaiḥ mālyaiś ca peyaiś ca kāmaiś ca vividhaiḥ śubhaiḥ ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—হে রাজন! সংযত ও সুসমাহিতচিত্ত হয়ে সংহিতা-পুস্তকগুলিকে বিধিপূর্বক সম্মান করবে। উৎকৃষ্ট ভক্ষ্য, মাল্য, পেয় এবং নানাবিধ শুভ ও কাম্য উপহার দ্বারা, শুদ্ধচিত্তে তাদের পূজা করবে।
