अपूपैश्नैव पूपैश्न मोदकैश्व समन्वितम्‌ । सभापर्वणि राजेन्द्र हविष्यं भोजयेद्‌ द्विजान्‌

Transliteration

apūpaiśnaiva pūpaiśna modakaiś ca samanvitam | sabhāparvaṇi rājendra haviṣyaṃ bhojayed dvijān ||

Translation

বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন— হে রাজেন্দ্র! সভা-পর্বের উপলক্ষে অপূপ, পূপ ও মোদকসহ হব্যিষ্য (শুদ্ধ নৈবেদ্য) দ্বারা দ্বিজ ব্রাহ্মণদের ভোজন করাবে।
