तृतीयं पारणं प्राप्प द्वादशाहफलं लभेत् । वसत्यमरसंकाशो वर्षाण्ययुतशो दिवि
tṛtīyaṃ pāraṇaṃ prāpya dvādaśāhaphalaṃ labhet | vasaty amarasaṅkāśo varṣāṇy ayutaśo divi ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন— তৃতীয় পারণ সম্পন্ন করলে মানুষ দ্বাদশাহ যজ্ঞের সমান পুণ্যফল লাভ করে। অমরদের ন্যায় দীপ্তিমান হয়ে সে স্বর্গলোকে অযুত (দশ-হাজারের পর দশ-হাজার) বছর বাস করে।
