इति वाचा मधुरया शलक्ष्णया सोपचारया । स्वरश्मीनभ्यवसृजेद् योगमाधाय कालवित्
iti vācā madhurayā śalakṣṇayā sopacārayā | svaraśmīn abhyavasṛjed yogam ādhāya kālavit ||
এইভাবে মধুর, কোমল ও শিষ্ট বাক্যে—সময় ও পরিস্থিতি-জ্ঞ রাজা—যথাযুক্ত কৌশল অবলম্বন করে অগ্রসর হবেন। কঠোরতা নয়; স্নেহপূর্ণ অনুনয়-বাক্যে বুঝিয়ে উপযুক্ত উপায়ে রাজ্যের প্রয়োজনে গৃহে গৃহে ধনসংগ্রহের জন্য তিনি নিজের কর্মচারী বা পদাতিকদের প্রেরণ করবেন।
