Treasury Security, Protection of Informants, and the Kalakavṛkṣīya Exemplum (Śānti Parva 83)
राजकोशस्य गोप्तारं राजकोशविलोपका: । समेत्य सर्वे बाधन्ते स विनश्यत्यरक्षित:
rājakośasya goptāraṃ rājakośavilopakāḥ | sametya sarve bādhante sa vinaśyaty arakṣitaḥ ||
যারা রাজকোষ লুণ্ঠন করে, তারা একত্র হয়ে রাজকোষের রক্ষককেই উৎপীড়ন করে। রাজা যদি তাকে রক্ষা না করেন, তবে কর্তব্যপরায়ণ সেই রক্ষক অসহায় হয়ে বিনষ্ট হয়।
