सम्यग्वृत्ता: स्वधर्मस्था न कुतश्चिद्‌ भयान्विता: । इस प्रकार राजाके आश्रयमें रहकर सारी प्रजा सदाचारपरायण, अपने-अपने धर्ममें तत्पर और सब ओरसे निर्भय हो जाती है

Transliteration

samyagvṛttāḥ svadharmasthā na kutaścid bhayānvitāḥ |

Translation

রাজার আশ্রয়ে বাস করে সমগ্র প্রজা সদাচারপরায়ণ, নিজ নিজ ধর্মে স্থিত এবং সর্বদিক থেকে নির্ভয় হয়ে ওঠে। যেখানে শাসন ধর্মসম্মত ও রক্ষাকারী, সেখানে শীল ও ধর্ম আপনাতেই বৃদ্ধি পায়, আর ভয় দূরে সরে যায়।
