Āśrama-dharma: Duties of the Four Life-Stages (आश्रमधर्मः)
उदितेडनुदिते वापि श्रद्धधानो जितेन्द्रिय: । वह्निं जुहोति धर्मेण श्रद्धा वै कारणं महत्
udite 'nudite vāpi śraddadhāno jitendriyaḥ | vahniṃ juhoti dharmeṇa śraddhā vai kāraṇaṃ mahat ||
সূর্যোদয়ে কিংবা সূর্য ওঠার আগেও, যে শ্রদ্ধাবান ও ইন্দ্রিয়সংযমী ব্যক্তি ধর্মানুসারে অগ্নিতে আহুতি দেয়—সে ক্রিয়ার প্রধান ও নির্ণায়ক কারণ হলো শ্রদ্ধাই।
