Transliteration

yantrāṇi vividhāny eva kriyās teṣāṃ ca varṇitāḥ | avamardaḥ pratīghātaḥ ketanānāṃ ca bhajjanam ||

Translation

ভীষ্ম বললেন—সেখানে নানা প্রকার যুদ্ধযন্ত্র এবং সেগুলির প্রয়োগ-পদ্ধতিও বর্ণিত হয়েছে। শত্রুর রাষ্ট্রকে চূর্ণ করা, তার সেনাবাহিনীর উপর আঘাত হানা, এবং তাদের শিবির ও অবস্থানস্থল ভেঙে ফেলা—এসব কথাও সেই গ্রন্থে উল্লেখ আছে।
