त्वया विनिर्मितो<हं वै वेदचक्षुर्वयोतिग: । ते मे वेदा हताश्चक्षुरन्धो जातो5स्मि जागृहि
tvayā vinirmito'haṃ vai vedacakṣur vayotigaḥ | te me vedā hatāś cakṣur andho jāto'smi jāgṛhi ||
আপনার দ্বারাই আমি নির্মিত হয়েছিলাম—যেন বেদই আমার চক্ষু, আর আমি বার্ধক্যের দুর্বলতা অতিক্রান্ত। এখন আমার সেই বেদ নষ্ট; আমার দৃষ্টি বিনষ্ট হয়েছে। আমি অন্ধ হয়ে গেছি—জাগুন, উঠুন, আমাকে পুনরুদ্ধার করুন।
