The verse conveys a stepwise interiorization: as one becomes free from grosser limitations, one assumes a subtler, mind-based mode of being and is absorbed into a higher divine principle (here named Pradyumna). It points to liberation as progressive dissolution of individuality into increasingly subtle realities.
Narada is describing a cosmological/spiritual process of merging: certain beings, after attaining a subtle mental state (manobhūta), ‘enter’ Pradyumna—language that indicates absorption into a higher level of manifestation or divinity within a graded hierarchy.
