शुकस्य योगसिद्धिः (Śuka’s Yogic Attainment and Ascent)
एवमुक्त: स वैदेहं प्रत्युवाचापरोक्षवित् । निवृत्तिर्न तयोरस्ति नानिवृत्ति: कथठ्चन
evam uktaḥ sa vaidehaṁ pratyuvāca aparokṣavit | nivṛttir na tayor asti nānivṛttiḥ kathaṁcana ||
এভাবে বলা হলে প্রত্যক্ষ জ্ঞানসম্পন্ন মহর্ষি পঞ্চশিখ বিদেহরাজকে উত্তর দিলেন—“জরা ও মৃত্যুর সম্পূর্ণ নিবৃত্তি নেই; তবে এমনও নয় যে কোনোভাবেই তাদের নিবৃত্তি অসম্ভব। ধন-ঐশ্বর্যে তারা দূর হয় না; কিন্তু জ্ঞানে পুনর্জন্মের চক্রই নিবৃত্ত হয়—তাহলে জরা-মৃত্যুর কথা আর কী।”
