सुवर्णष्ठीविनोपाख्यानम्
The Account of Suvarṇaṣṭhīvin
ववृधे स यथाकालं सरसीव महोत्पलम् | बभूव काजञ्चनष्ठीवी यथार्थ नाम तस्य तत्
vavṛdhe sa yathākālaṃ sarasīva mahotpalam | babhūva kāñcanaṣṭhīvī yathārthaṃ nāma tasya tat ||
সে যথাসময়ে বেড়ে উঠল, যেমন সরোবরে মহাপদ্ম বৃদ্ধি পায়। মুখ থেকে সোনা থুতু ফেলত বলে সে ‘সুবর্ণষ্ঠীবী’ নামে খ্যাত হল; তার নাম সত্যিই যথার্থ ছিল।
