Janaka–Sulabhā Dialogue on Mokṣa and Non-attachment
नावेदनिष्ठस्थ जनस्य राजन् प्रदेयमेतत् परमं त्वया भवेत् | विधित्समानाय विबोधकारण प्रबोधहेतो: प्रणतस्य शासनम्
na veda-niṣṭhasya janasya rājan pradeyam etat paramaṃ tvayā bhavet | vidhitsamānāya vibodha-kāraṇa prabodha-hetoḥ praṇatasya śāsanam ||
বসিষ্ঠ বললেন—হে রাজন, যে ব্যক্তি বেদে শ্রদ্ধায় প্রতিষ্ঠিত নয়, তাকে এই পরম উপদেশ তোমার দেওয়া উচিত নয়। যে জাগরণের জন্য আকুল, বোধের তৃষ্ণায় দগ্ধ, এবং বিনয়সহ শরণাগত হয়ে এসেছে—প্রবোধের উদ্দেশ্যে তাকেই এই শিক্ষা দিও।
