Parāśara’s Counsel on बुद्धि (Discernment), Karma-Consequences, and Avoidance of Pāpānubandha Actions
यथा चैवाभवद् युद्ध॑ तच्चाचक्ष्व पितामह । विस्तरेण महाबाहो परं कौतूहलं हि मे,महाबाहु पितामह! इन्द्र और वृत्रासुरमें किस प्रकार युद्ध हुआ था, यह विस्सारपूर्वक बताइये; इसे सुननेके लिये मेरे मनमें बड़ी उत्सुकता हो रही है
Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: yathā caivābhavad yuddhaṃ tac cācakṣva pitāmaha | vistareṇa mahābāho paraṃ kautūhalaṃ hi me ||
যুধিষ্ঠির বললেন—হে পিতামহ! সেই যুদ্ধ যেমন ঘটেছিল, তেমনই বলুন। হে মহাবাহু! বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা করুন; শুনতে আমার কৌতূহল অত্যন্ত প্রবল।
