कृतानां फलमप्राप्तं कार्याणां कर्मसज्ञिनाम्‌

Transliteration

kṛtānāṃ phalam aprāptaṃ kāryāṇāṃ karmasaṃjñinām

Translation

ভীষ্ম বললেন—ইতিপূর্বে সম্পাদিত কর্মের ফল লাভ হয় না; আর যেসব উদ্যোগ সত্যই ‘কর্ম’ নামে পরিচিত, সেগুলির ফলও অপ্রাপ্তই থেকে যায়।
