यज्ञाड़ान्यपि चैतानि यज्ञोक्तान्यनुपूर्वश: । विधिना विधियुक्तानि धारयन्ति परस्परम्
yajñādāny api caitāni yajñoktāny anupūrvaśaḥ | vidhinā vidhiyuktāni dhārayanti parasparam ||
কপিল বললেন—“যজ্ঞ থেকে আরম্ভ করে এগুলিও যজ্ঞ-শিক্ষায় ক্রমানুসারে উল্লিখিত অঙ্গ। প্রত্যেকটি যখন নিজ নিজ বিধি ও সংযমসহ সম্পন্ন হয়, তখন তারা পরস্পরকে ধারণ করে ও রক্ষা করে।”
कपिल उवाच
Kapila emphasizes that dharmic practices taught in the context of yajña form an ordered system: when each is carried out with correct procedure and discipline, the practices reinforce each other and collectively uphold the moral-religious life.
In the Śānti Parva’s instructional dialogue, Kapila is explaining a structured sequence of yajña-related duties or components, stressing proper observance (vidhi) and their mutual support as part of a coherent ethical-ritual framework.
