The verse elevates complete self-offering (ātma-samarpaṇa) as the highest form of sacrifice: by giving oneself wholly for the good of the whole, one attains supreme spiritual stature. Śiva’s radiance and world-pervading fame symbolize the ethical power of renunciation and self-transcendence.
Devsthāna describes Mahādeva as having performed the ‘all-sacrifice’ by offering his own self, thereby becoming Devadeva. He is portrayed as pervading and supporting all worlds through his glory, shining as the radiant Kṛttivāsā.
