समवैक्षत त॑ विप्रो ज्ञानदीर्घेण चक्षुषा । ददर्श चैनं देवानां देवमिन्द्र शचीपतिम्,ऐसा कहकर ब्रह्मर्षिने उसकी ओर ज्ञानदृष्टिसे देखा। तब उसके रूपमें इन्हें देवदेव शचीपति इन्द्र दिखायी दिये
samavaikṣata taṁ vipro jñānadīrgheṇa cakṣuṣā | dadarśa cainaṁ devānāṁ devam indraṁ śacīpatim ||
এ কথা বলে ব্রাহ্মর্ষি জ্ঞানদৃষ্টিতে তার দিকে চাইলেন। সেই একই রূপের মধ্যে তিনি দেবদেব শচীপতি ইন্দ্রকে প্রত্যক্ষ করলেন।
