atha niścitya manasā śālmalivātakāritam

Translation

ভীষ্ম বললেন—“তারপর মনে দৃঢ় সংকল্প করে সে শাল্মলী-বৃক্ষের বায়ুপ্রণোদিত ঘটনার অনুসরণে প্রবৃত্ত হল—অর্থাৎ সেই আকস্মিক, প্রবল প্রেরণায় উদ্ভূত কর্মপথে সে স্থির হল।”
