Tapas as the Root of Attainment (तपः—साधनमूलप्रशंसा)
कृपा : कर ् न फ सदैव शकुनास्तात मृगाश्चाथ तथा गजा: । वसन्ति तव संहृष्टा मनोहर मनोहरा:
kṛpāḥ karṇaphāḥ sadaiva śakunās tāta mṛgāś cātha tathā gajāḥ | vasanti tava saṁhṛṣṭā manohara manoharāḥ ||
ভীষ্ম বললেন—বৎস, মনোহর বৃক্ষরাজ! তোমার শাখায় সর্বদা বহু পাখি বাস করে; আর নীচে অগণিত হরিণ ও গজও আনন্দে থাকে। তোমার সান্নিধ্যই জীবদের আশ্রয় হয়ে শান্তিতে তাদের একত্র করে।
