एवमाश्वचासितो विद्वान् माजरिण स मूषिक: । मार्जारोरसि विस्रब्ध: सुष्वाप पितृमातृवत्
evam āśvāsitaḥ vidvān mārjāriṇā sa mūṣikaḥ | mārjārorasi visrabdhaḥ suṣvāpa pitṛ-mātṛ-vat ||
এভাবে বিদ্বান বিড়ালের আশ্বাসে সেই ইঁদুর সন্দেহমুক্ত হয়ে পিতা-মাতার কোলে শিশুর মতো নিশ্চিন্তে বিড়ালের বুকে ঘুমিয়ে পড়ল।
