आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)
परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तश्न स सम्यगुपपादयेत् । देशकालावभिप्रेतो ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात्
parīkṣyakārī yuktaśna sa samyag upapādayet | deśakālāv abhipreto tābhyāṃ phalam avāpnuyāt ||
যে ব্যক্তি বিচার-বিবেচনা করে, সংযত আচরণে এবং সদা সতর্ক থেকে কাজ করে, সে অভিপ্রেত দেশ ও কালের যথাযথ ব্যবহার করে; আর তাদের সহায়তায় কাম্য ফল লাভ করে।
