दत्ते वरे गते विप्रे चिन्ता55सीन्महती तदा । प्रह्ादस्य महाराज निश्चयं न च जग्मिवान्
datte vare gate vipre cintāsīn mahatī tadā | prahrādasya mahārāja niścayaṃ na ca jagmivān ||
হে মহারাজ! বর দান করে ব্রাহ্মণ চলে গেলে প্রহ্লাদের মনে প্রবল চিন্তা জাগল। তিনি ভাবতে লাগলেন— কী করা উচিত; কিন্তু কোনো স্থির সিদ্ধান্তে পৌঁছাতে পারলেন না।
