Trita in the Well (Udapāna-kathā) — Balarāma’s Tīrtha Observances
पुरा हि सोमो राजेन्द्र रोहिण्यामवसत् परम् | ततस्ता: कुपिता: सर्वा नक्षत्राख्या महात्मन:
purā hi somo rājendra rohiṇyām avasat param | tatastāḥ kupitāḥ sarvā nakṣatrākhyā mahātmanaḥ ||
হে রাজেন্দ্র! পূর্বকালে সোম রোহিণীর কাছেই অতিশয় বাস করতেন। তাই নক্ষত্র-নামে প্রসিদ্ধ মহাত্মা সোমের সেই সকল পত্নী ক্রুদ্ধ হয়ে উঠলেন॥
