अस्त्रं ब्रह्मशिरो नाम देवगन्धर्वपूजितम्‌ । तदद्य मयि दाशार्ह यथा पितरि मे तथा

astram brahmaśiro nāma devagandharvapūjitam | tad adya mayi dāśārha yathā pitari me tathā ||

বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—হে দাশার্হ! ‘ব্রহ্মশির’ নামে যে অস্ত্র দেবতা ও গন্ধর্বদের দ্বারা পূজিত, তা আজ আমার কাছেও ঠিক তেমনই আছে যেমন আমার পিতার কাছে ছিল।
