ते वध्यमाना: समरे चेदिमत्स्या विशाम्पते । कर्णमेकमभिद्रुत्य शरसड्घै: समार्पयन्,प्रजानाथ! समरमें घायल होते हुए भी चेदि और मत्स्य देशके वीरोंने एकमात्र कर्णपर धावा करके उसे बाण-समूहोंसे ढक दिया
te vadhyamānāḥ samare cedimatsyā viśāmpate | karṇam ekam abhidrutya śarasaṅghaiḥ samārpayan, prajānātha |
হে প্রজানাথ! সমরে আহত ও নিহত হতে হতে চেদি ও মৎস্যের বীরেরা একমাত্র কর্ণের দিকেই ধাবিত হয়ে বাণসমূহে তাকে আচ্ছন্ন করে দিল।
