अशवनुवंश्वाभिमन्यो: कर्ण: स्थातुं रणेडग्रत: । सौभद्रशरनिर्भिन्नो विसंज्ञ: शोणितोक्षित:
aśvan uvaṁśvābhimanyoḥ karṇaḥ sthātuṁ raṇe 'grataḥ | saubhadra-śara-nirbhinnō visaṁjñaḥ śoṇitokṣitaḥ ||
সঞ্জয় বললেন—রণক্ষেত্রে অভিমন্যুর সম্মুখে কর্ণ আর স্থির থাকতে পারল না। সুভদ্রাপুত্রের শরবিদ্ধ হয়ে রক্তে সিক্ত, অচেতন হয়ে সে ভূমিতে লুটিয়ে পড়ল।
