वृद्धी च मातापितरी बिभर्त्यन्यांश्व॒ संश्रितान् स्वधर्मनिरतो नित्यं सत्यवागनसूयक:
vṛddhī ca mātāpitarī bibharty anyāṁś ca saṁśritān svadharmanirato nityaṁ satyavāg anasūyakaḥ
সে বৃদ্ধদের ভার বহন করত; মাতা-পিতার প্রতিপালন করত, আর যারা আশ্রয় নিয়েছিল তাদেরও জীবিকা জোগাত। সর্বদা নিজের ধর্মে স্থিত, সত্যভাষী, এবং নিন্দা-দোষারোপ থেকে মুক্ত ছিল।
