अर्जुनकर्णसंनिपातवर्णनम् / The Convergence of Arjuna and Karṇa
परशुरामजीसे अस्त्र-शस्त्रोंका ज्ञान प्राप्त करके वह महान् शक्तिशाली और अत्यन्त दुर्जय हो गया था। समस्त संसारका सर्वश्रेष्ठ रथी एवं विश्वविख्यात वीर था ।।
trātāraṃ dhārtarāṣṭrāṇāṃ gantāraṃ vāhinīmukhe | hantāraṃ parasainyānām amitragāṇamardanam ||
পরশুরামের নিকট থেকে অস্ত্র-শস্ত্রবিদ্যা লাভ করে সে মহাবলবান, পরাক্রমশালী ও অতি দুর্জয় হয়ে উঠেছিল। সে ছিল সমগ্র জগতের শ্রেষ্ঠ রথী ও বিশ্ববিখ্যাত বীর—ধৃতরাষ্ট্রপুত্রদের রক্ষক, সেনার অগ্রভাগে অগ্রসর হয়ে যুদ্ধকারী, বিপক্ষ-সেনার সংহারক এবং শত্রুদলের গর্বচূর্ণকারী।
