tato rathasahasreṇa dviradānāṃ tribhiḥ śataiḥ śaravarṣair mahārāja sarvataḥ pāṇḍunandanam |

মহারাজ! তখন এক হাজার রথ ও তিন শত গজসহ তারা চারদিক থেকে পাণ্ডুনন্দন অর্জুনের উপর তীরের বর্ষণ করল।
