Saṃśaptaka-Varūthinī Saṅgrāma — Binding and Counter-Binding (संशप्तक-वरूथिनी-संग्रामः)

न चेत्‌ तदभिमन्येत पुरुषो<र्जुनदर्शिवान्‌ अन्यं तस्मै वरं दद्यां यमसौ कामयेत्‌ स्वयम्‌,“यदि अर्जुनको दिखानेवाला पुरुष उसे भी पर्याप्त न समझे तो मैं उसे दूसरा वर प्रदान करूँगा, जिसकी वह स्वयं इच्छा करे

na cet tad abhimanyeta puruṣo 'rjunadarśivān anyaṁ tasmai varaṁ dadyāṁ yamasau kāmayet svayam

সঞ্জয় বললেন—“যদি অর্জুনকে দেখাতে সক্ষম সেই পুরুষও এটিকে যথেষ্ট না মনে করে, তবে আমি তাকে আরেকটি বর দেব—যা সে নিজেই কামনা করবে।”
