सर्वेषां चैव सैन्यानां कर्णमेवागमन्मन: । सूतपुत्रं महेष्वासं बन्धुमात्ययिकेष्विव
sarveṣāṃ caiva sainyānāṃ karṇam evāgaman manaḥ | sūtaputraṃ maheṣvāsaṃ bandhum ātyayikeṣv iva ||
সমস্ত সেনার মন কেবল কর্ণের দিকেই গেল—সেই সূতপুত্র মহাধনুর্ধরের দিকে—যেমন মহাবিপদের সময় মন আপন বিশ্বস্ত আত্মীয়ের দিকেই ধাবিত হয়।
