Adhyāya 18 — Sequential Duels and Formation Pressure
Ulūka–Yuyutsu; Śakuni–Sutasoma; Kṛpa–Dhṛṣṭadyumna; Kṛtavarmā–Śikhaṇḍin
वासितार्थे युयुत्सन्तो वृषभा वृषभं यथा । निपतन्त्यर्जुनं शूराःशतशो5थ सहस्रश:
vāsitārthe yuyutsanto vṛṣabhā vṛṣabhaṃ yathā | nipatanty arjunaṃ śūrāḥ śataśo 'tha sahasraśaḥ ||
সঞ্জয় বললেন—বাসনায় উদ্দীপ্ত ও যুদ্ধেচ্ছায় উন্মুখ বীরেরা শত শত, সহস্র সহস্র করে অর্জুনের উপর ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়ল; যেমন কামোন্মত্ত ষাঁড়েরা এক ষাঁড়ের উপর ধেয়ে যায়।
