Adhyāya 141 — Night duels: Śaineya and Bhūriśravas; Droṇi and Ghaṭotkaca; Bhīma and Duryodhana
दृष्टवार्जुनहतान् नागान् पतितान् पर्वतोपमान् | रथमार्गविघातार्थ व्यायुध: प्रविवेश ह
dṛṣṭvārjunahatān nāgān patitān parvatopamān | rathamārgavighātārthaṃ vyāyudhaḥ praviveśa ha ||
সঞ্জয় বললেন—অর্জুন-নিহত পর্বতসম হাতিগুলিকে সেখানে পতিত দেখে, অস্ত্রহীন ভীমসেন রথগুলির পথ রোধ করতে তাদের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করল। কর্ণের চাপের মধ্যেও সে রণক্ষেত্রের ধ্বংসাবশেষকে ঢাল করে প্রতিরোধের উপায় নিল।
