The Tumult of Battle Described
योधास्त्वदीया: शरवर्षैरवर्षन् मेघा यथा भूधरमम्बुवेगै: । तथापि त॑ धारयितुं न शेकु- मध्यन्दिने सूर्यमिवातपन्तम्
yodhās tvadīyāḥ śaravarṣair avarṣan meghā yathā bhūdharam ambuvegaiḥ | tathāpi taṃ dhārayituṃ na śekuḥ madhyandine sūryam ivātapantam ||
সঞ্জয় বললেন—তোমার যোদ্ধারা তার উপর তীরের এমন বর্ষণ করল, যেন মেঘ পর্বতের উপর প্রবল জলধারা ঢালে। তবু তারা তাকে রোধ করতে পারল না; সে যুদ্ধমধ্যে মধ্যাহ্নের দগ্ধ সূর্যের ন্যায় দীপ্ত হয়ে অবাধে বিচরণ করল।
