तावास्थितावेकरथं सौभद्रशिनिपुड्भवौ | सौबलीं समरे सेनां शातयेतां समनन्‍्ततः,उधर सहस्रों रथी जब इधर-उधर भाग रहे थे, उसी समय एक रथपर बैठे हुए अभिमन्यु और सात्यकि सुबलपुत्रकी सेनाका संग्रामभूमिमें सब ओरसे संहार करने लगे

Transliteration

tāv āsthitāv ekarathaṃ saubhadraśinipuṅgavau | saubalīṃ samare senāṃ śātayetāṃ samantataḥ ||

Translation

সঞ্জয় বললেন—যখন সহস্র সহস্র রথী এদিক-ওদিক ছত্রভঙ্গ হয়ে পালাচ্ছিল, তখন এক রথে স্থিত সুভদ্রাপুত্র অভিমন্যু ও শিনিদের শ্রেষ্ঠ সাত্যকি সমরে সৌবল-সেনাকে চারিদিক থেকে নিধন করতে লাগলেন।
